What is Shopdeck?
The three parts
They sit in the left-hand menu under Products, always in this order. Each one answers a different question.
Profit Dashboard
The question: am I actually making money?
It takes your Shopify orders, subtracts what the goods cost you, what the payment provider keeps, what returns cost and what you spent on ads — and shows what is left. It also has a Live page that shows people walking through your shop right now.
Campaign Builder
The question: how do I launch this without an evening of clicking?
You describe a campaign once — the budget, the countries, the videos, the texts — and Shopdeck builds the whole thing in Meta or TikTok. Everything it builds arrives switched off, so you look at it before a single euro moves.
Ad Intelligence
The question: what is working for the shops I compete with?
You name the shops you compete with. Shopdeck reads their public catalogues and the ads they are running, and tells you which of their products they are genuinely spending money on — not which ones look busy.
What each one needs before it works
This is the part worth reading twice, because it decides what to connect first. A part that is missing something shows you a panel saying so instead of showing you zeroes — a zero would mean “nothing sold”, which is a different thing from “not connected”.
| Part | Must have | Better with |
|---|---|---|
| Profit Dashboard | Shopify, and either Meta or TikTok | The tracking snippet, for the Live page |
| Campaign Builder | Shopify, and either Meta or TikTok | — |
| Ad Intelligence | Nothing at all | TrendTrack, which finds far more than the free sources |
The Live page is the exception
The Live page needs the tracking snippet and nothing else. If you have not connected Shopify yet you will still see everyone who is on your site — the money half simply stays at zero until a shop is connected.
One workspace, one shop
Everything in Shopdeck lives inside a workspace. A workspace is one shop and the people around it: its own connections, its own figures, its own members. You get a personal one automatically when you sign up, and you can belong to several — for example your own shop and one you help run for someone else.
You switch between them with the tile at the very top of the left-hand menu. Your role can be different in each one.
What Shopdeck will never do on its own
Worth knowing before you connect anything.
- It never switches on an ad. The Campaign Builder creates everything paused. Turning it on is a deliberate act by you, in Meta or TikTok.
- It never changes your shop. The Shopify connection is read-only. It reads orders, products and payouts; it cannot edit a product, a price or an order.
- It never spends your money. No budget is raised, no bid is changed, nothing is bought.
